Once we have found the right membership level for you, based on your budget and your fitness goals, we can then start working towards your health goals together, starting with 4 simple steps:

STEP1: PLANNING AND ASSESSMENTS

We will start with an in-depth discussion about your goals. I will then assess your current movement, lifestyle and nutrition habits, allowing me to establish a personalised fitness plan and give you nutrition advice, so you can achieve your goals. .

STEP 2: COACHING AND MONITORING

I will coach you through your plan, monitoring your progress regularly. Together we will overcome any obstacles and decide when it is time to take things to the next level.

STEP 3: ADJUSTMENTS AND PROGRESSION

We will have regular catch-ups to ensure that you are making good progress towards your goals. I'll keep an eye on your attendance as motivation is the key to success - if I see that you are struggling, I'll get in touch to give you the support you need.

STEP 4: MEAL PLANS & LIFESTYLE ADVICE

Alongside your regular exercise programme, I will also help to improve your overall health and fitness by ensuring that you maintain a good diet and lifestyle. I will give you nutrition advice and recipe ideas.

THE BB20 APP - BE IN CONTROL OF YOUR JOURNEY

Want to keep track of your progress anywhere, anytime?

As a BB20 member you will be able to access your own workouts, meal plans and track your progress and achievements through the website or mobile app.

The BB20 app allows you to:

  • View personalised workouts, exercise videos,
    descriptions and metrics
  • Track and log your workouts
  • View meal plans and generate weekly shopping lists
  • Log your daily intake on the go

20 MINuTES IS ALL YOU NEED!

Are you pushed for time, but still want to improve your fitness and body shape? 20 minutes is all you need! My workouts are designed to fit around your busy lifestyle, you can use the app to access them any time, anywhere, and the short burst sessions mean you can squeeze them in whenever it suits you!

IT ONLY TAKES 20 MINUTES

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is perfect for people with a busy schedule - if you can find 20 minutes in your day, you'll be burning fat for fun in no time.


HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise, followed by recovery periods of low-intensity activity or rest.

FLEXIBLE WORKOUT ROUTINES

20 minutes will give you a good workout, especially if you have a focus, such as training a specific muscle group, improving your flexibility or mobility, or elevating your heart rate.

I can create 20 minute workout programmes designed around your busy life.

IS 20 MINUTES REALLY ENOUGH?

20 minutes per session will give you an excellent fitness foundation, or help you maintain your progress.

To take it to the next level, I would recommend longer sessions - when you are ready, I will up your training so you can achieve your dream body!

20 MINUTE MEALS & RECIPES

A big part of getting fit and healthy is making a change to your diet.


If you don't know where to start when it comes to healthy, balanced meals, or you just don't have the time, I will give you great nutrition advice with simple recipes that can be made in 20 minutes or less.

Virtual OR FACE-TO-FACE WORKOUTS

With me, you have the flexibility of either following your programme via the BB20 app when it suits you, or personal training sessions online or in my home studio.

My home studio in Norwich offers a smaller, quieter environment to work out, away from the busy gyms. This gives you privacy, safety, and more focused support.

The studio is cleaned and sanitised after each session, and I make sure all current guidance is followed at all times, so you can rest assured that you're working out in a safe, hygienic environment.
